This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of subscriptions and services for WhatyPie, operated by Dinzin Technology Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to this Policy.
1. Subscription-Based Services
WhatyPie operates on a prepaid subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Policy.
You are responsible for reviewing our features, pricing, and compatibility before purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Technical Issues:
If our platform is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
Duplicate Payment:
If you have been charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error.
Failure to Provide Service:
If your subscription payment was successful but your account activation or service access was not provided within 5 business days, and the issue remains unresolved.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to use the service or lack of usage.
Incompatibility with your devices or systems if stated requirements were not met.
Suspension or termination of your account due to violation of our Terms & Conditions or WhatsApp Business policies.
Partially used subscription periods.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
Contact our Billing Support Team via email at support@whatypie.com within 7 days of the transaction date.
Provide your registered account details, payment proof, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Refund will be Credited within 7 days after the validation of refund request.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
