1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WhatyPie platform, which provides services via the official WhatsApp Business API. By accessing or using WhatyPie, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must use the platform only for lawful and authorized business purposes.
Users are required to comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policies, which govern content, consent, and usage limits.
Engaging in spam, fraudulent marketing, deceptive messaging, or unauthorized data use is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for ensuring their end customers opt-in before receiving any WhatsApp messages.
3. Account Security
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (email, password, API tokens, etc.).
Any unauthorized use or breach must be reported immediately to WhatyPie support.
WhatyPie will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
4. Payments and Billing
By using WhatyPie’s services, users agree to pay all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and charges as per their selected plan.
Payments must be made on time. Failure to make timely payments may result in:
Temporary suspension of account services
Permanent termination in case of repeated default
Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
Users must obtain valid consent from all end-users before sending WhatsApp messages or processing personal data.
It is the user's responsibility to comply with all relevant data protection laws, including but not limited to:
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA)
GDPR (if applicable internationally)
Meta’s own user data protection standards
WhatyPie provides secure infrastructure but is not responsible for user misuse of data.

6. Compliance with Meta Policies
Users must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, Commerce Policies, and Messaging Rules.
Non-compliance may lead to:
Account or number being blocked by Meta
Service disruption without liability on WhatyPie
WhatyPie reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if user behavior endangers the platform’s integrity or violates Meta policies.
7. Platform Access and Availability
While we strive to maintain 24/7 uptime, WhatyPie may occasionally experience scheduled maintenance or service outages.
WhatyPie is not liable for losses due to temporary unavailability caused by:
Meta server issues
Third-party integrations
Force majeure events
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software code, and platform content are the intellectual property of Dinzin Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd or its licensors.
Users may not reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform without written permission.
9. Termination
WhatyPie may suspend or terminate your access:
For violation of these Terms or Meta’s policies
Upon discontinuation of services
Upon non-payment or misuse of the platform
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
